Leadership Reset: Lead Yourself. Lead Others. Lead Your Organization.

Hosted by VRCA, the Construction Leadership Forum (CLF) brings together emerging leaders and mid-level managers from across British Columbia’s construction industry for three powerful days of growth, connection, and clarity.

Designed for emerging leaders and mid-level managers ready to elevate their impact, CLF creates space for honest dialogue, practical skill-building, and meaningful peer connection in a setting that inspires bigger thinking.

The experience kicks off Thursday with a high-energy Welcome Reception hosted by BCCA’s Passport to Possibilities—where emerging and senior leaders don’t just exchange cards, they connect. Through curated, interactive touchpoints, guests will explore BCCA’s programs and services, sparking meaningful conversations and building relationships that carry throughout the entire CLF experience.

As you travel from station to station, collect stamps in your Passport to Possibilities for a chance to win exciting prizes—including a weekend getaway in Whistler.

The experience kicks off Thursday with Young Construction Leaders (YCL) programming and networking, setting the tone for a dynamic, relationship-driven forum that continues through the weekend.

This year’s theme, Leadership Reset, challenges attendees to sharpen how they lead themselves, strengthen how they lead their teams, and think strategically about how they contribute to their organizations.

Expect bold keynotes, candid leadership panels, practical toolbox sessions with real-world takeaways, and intentional networking woven throughout the entire experience.
